Were seeking a commercially savvy Head of Marketing to lead our brand, customer, and category strategy, with a strong alignment to buying. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who understands how marketing drives commercial outcomes, someone who can seamlessly connect brand building and customer insights with product strategy, supplier collaboration, and promotional execution. Key Responsibilities Lead the marketing function to own the brand strategy, customer engagement, and campaign execution across digital, instore, and franchise channels. Drive commercial outcomes and partner with buying and category teams to align marketing initiatives with product strategy, promotional planning, and supplier partnerships. Shape customer experience by using insights and data to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base and drive foot traffic and sales. Work closely with buying, operations, and store teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing and category plans. Manage supplier marketing and align promotional activity with suppliers, leveraging trading terms and exclusive product lines to maximise ROI. Lead innovation to identify emerging trends and technologies to keep NightOwl at the forefront of convenience retail marketing. Monitor campaign performance, customer metrics, and category impact to continuously refine strategy and execution. About You Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years experience in marketing leadership, ideally within FMCG, retail, or convenience. Strong commercial acumen with experience working alongside the buying team. Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
