Your writing will drive these metrics whilst building patient trust across every patient touchpoint: landing pages, purchase pages, emails, questionnaires, program pamphlets, in-app content, etc.ResponsibilitiesLearn sales and commercial acumen through persuasive writingWrite copy across key patient touchpoints from webpage to onboarding to long-term retention projectsTranslate complex health topics into hyper-clear messaging that builds trust and drives actionSpot and fill gaps in persuasive arguments (identify where we need to source testimonials, statistics from new research, expert quotes, etc.)Ensure consistency in tone, narrative, and brand messaging across channels and formatsPartner closely with design, lifecycle, product, and growth teams, including stakeholders with backgrounds in growth marketing, CRO, or conversion strategy, where copy performance is a shared responsibilityApply AI deliberately to increase efficiency and effectiveness, without compromising writing quality or complianceAbout You (Who You Are)You are a strong writer with a passion for writing craft and persuasionAbility to clearly articulate and present copy and ideas in response to briefsYou are curious and eager to learnYou are interested in conversion, retention and cross-sell functions of D2C marketingNice-to-haves (but not deal-breakers)Graduate from an Arts/Humanities/Law/Economics background preferred but not mandatoryCandidates whose background is rooted in growth marketing, CRO, lifecycle, or conversion strategy, where copy has been a core lever for performance.NoteIf you have no formal writing experience but love to put pen to paper, we want to hear from you.
