As a major player in the market research industry, we have a clientcentric, outcomedriven approach. Our call centre provides insights to clients based on information collected from our telephone surveys.Your key responsibilitiesThis is a casual Market Research Telephone Interviewer role in which you will make outbound calls to conduct surveys and collect valuable insights. The project will be run from Monday, 12 January until around midFebruary with the following shift types:Monday to Friday from around 12NN2PM to 8:30PM (shift times might vary)Skills and attributes for successA polite and professional telephone manner, with excellent communication skills when engaging respondents, stakeholders, and the wider EY Sweeney team.Demonstrated fluency in spoken and written English excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling are essential.The ability to learn on the job and actively embrace ongoing training and development.A strong interest in the datacollection process and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.Ideally, you''ll have the skills and attributes below (but don''t worry if you don''t tick all the boxes)Eligibility to work in Australia (international students and Working Holiday Visa holders welcome).Consistently punctual, respectful, and professionally presented at all times.Experience in conducting outbound market research interviews is highly regarded but not essential.What we can offer youAt EY, we''ll fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams.
