This role sits at the centre of the business, looking after how the office functions while supporting the practical and logistical backbone of our events.You will work closely with senior leadership and production teams, helping translate plans into action and making sure the details are handled properly. From office operations to event support, this is a role for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead and keeps things moving.The role also carries a cultural liaison responsibility. You will be the primary point of contact for First Nations artists, communities and organisations we work with, supporting respectful and culturally appropriate engagement across our events.Fuzzy is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and strongly encourages applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Business OperationsManage day-to-day office operations, facilities, and workplace systemsCoordinate office services, suppliers, and contractsOversee procurement of office equipment, consumables, and shared resourcesAct as the central point of contact for office operations and administrationSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, including systems access and inductionsAssist with HR and finance administration, including invoices, expense processing, and record managementEnsure policies, procedures, and compliance documentation are maintainedEvents & Festival SupportProvide administrative and logistical support across the full event lifecycleAssist with coordination of meetings, production schedules, and key deliverablesLiaise with venues, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholdersSupport event-related travel, accommodation, accreditation, and artist logisticsAssist with internal communications during live event periodsContribute to post-event reporting and operational reviewsAct as the primary internal point of contact for First Nations artists performing at company eventsSupport culturally appropriate engagement with First Nations artists, including communication, scheduling, and on-ground support during eventsLiaise with Local Aboriginal Land Councils and relevant First Nations organisations in relation to event delivery, site access, permissions, and cultural considerationsSupport acknowledgment and recognition practices, including Welcome to Country and Acknowledgment of Country coordinationProvide internal guidance to teams on culturally respectful practices in collaboration with external advisors where requiredSkills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience running office operations, business operations or senior administration with confidence and autonomyExperience working in live events, festivals or similarly complex, deadline-driven environmentsStrong organisational judgement with the ability to prioritise, anticipate issues and keep multiple workstreams movingHigh level of professionalism, discretion and cultural awarenessClear, calm and effective communication skills across written and verbal contextsComfort working across systems and processes, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and project management toolsA practical mindset and willingness to get involved where needed, from planning through to deliveryNice to HaveExperience supporting large-scale music festivals or live eventsExperience working with First Nations artists, communities, or organisationsUnderstanding of culturally safe workplace and event practicesExperience working in creative, entertainment, or production-led businessesDiversity & InclusionWe value diversity and are committed to creating a culturally safe and inclusive workplace.
