The Australian office is based in Boolaroo, NSW with clients spread throughout Australia and overseas.ResponsibilitiesAccess multiple databases to complete background checks which involves basic data entry.Contact organisations via telephone and email to verify the background of candidates.Communicate with clients and candidates as necessary and professionally.Process and prepare background check reports according to client guidelines and standards.Detail thorough notes of actions taken during research and enquiries.Work quickly and accurately.Follow processes and procedures.Work full time (37.5 hours per week, based on a 7.5 hour day average).Be available to work various shifts between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.Successfully undergo background screening and additional selection criteria.Receive on the job training.QualificationsMinimum 1 year related experience in administration, or a customer-facing role desired.Sound communication skills (written and verbal) and computer savvy to navigate various software platforms.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Motivation to learn new things and follow verbal and written instructions.Ability to work autonomously and in a team.Ability to perform at a high standard in a fast-paced environment.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionResearch, Analyst, Information TechnologyIndustryHuman Resources ServicesApplicationPlease submit resume/CV in English.All resumes are held in confidence.
