PPG Administrator takes lead in maintaining PPG activities calendar by mapping relevant System of Quality Management (SQM) compliance matters required within Assurance for which PPG is responsible for, supporting control operator and owners in operation of the process and supporting annual testing by the monitoring team. Leads the Governance and policy committees in accordance with the charters by organising meetings, preparing agenda, tracking minutes and follow-up on the action items.This is based in Naarm Melbourne, Meanjin Brisbane or Warrang Sydney Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.Your key responsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with risk management team, relevant EY Global delegates, finance and other market location leaders and PPGs.Build and maintain relationships with client serving staff in market location/SSL to connect and compile information required for regulatory compliances, firm registration and other regulator submission related processes.Learn and familiarise on SQM framework, as applicable to the professional practice, including details on reports and other information required by the control owners and control operators to be complaint of the process and frequency of performing the controls.Skills and attributes for success3 - 6 years previous work experience, professional services experience advantageousProficiency in Microsoft applications, Intermediate - Advanced Excel skillsExperience working closely with large groups of people in a professional service-oriented environment (workforce planning or previous resource planning is advantageous, but not essential).Ideally, you''ll also have the skills and attributes below but don''t worry if you don''t tick all the boxes.
