This position is ideal if you are seeking a fulltime position, however parttime would also be considered.Working in the social model means you''ll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centresUtilising an evidencebased measurement tool and your skills in assessment, you''ll create therapy plans and provide lifechanging occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS fundingWorking in an interdisciplinary youth team, you''ll be able to wrap the right supports around your participants, empowering them to achieve greater outcomesBuilding meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughsYou''ll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy MentorWho We Are Looking ForAt Everyday Independence, our team thrives on shared values and a collaborative spirit.
