Chief Executive Officer - Nauru Airlines Nauru Airlines, a critical asset of Nauru, connects our nation''s people with Australia and the Central Pacific. It also provides complex freight solutions and operates a thriving charter business supporting regional Governments, private businesses and neighbouring airlines all under the accreditation of CASA and IOSA. Overview Based in Brisbane, Australia, the CEO will lead a dedicated team of 300 staff through the Senior Management team, whilst navigating the challenges of fleet upgrade, Government relations, and building on strong alliances, business partnerships and broader commercial opportunities. Responsibilities Lead a 300-person team through the Senior Management team to deliver strategic outcomes and maintain high performance. Oversee fleet upgrade initiatives and related operational requirements. Manage Government relations and engagement with stakeholders to support strategic aims. Build and strengthen alliances and business partnerships to broaden commercial opportunities. Collaborate with the Board to define and execute ambitious growth and profitability targets. Maintain the airlines adherence to CASA and IOSA standards and ensure high quality operational performance. Qualifications Extensive airline industry experience, preferably in the Asia Pacific region. A demonstrated track record of delivering on strategy, growth, and profitability.
