About The Role Our Team Members are the face of Woolworths and bring to life everyday what were famous for - our friendly service. Working throughout the store, we perform a variety of tasks from stocking shelves, putting our fresh fruit & veg on display, to picking orders for our online customers and being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave the store. Responsibilities Greet, acknowledge, show care, and thank customers for shopping at Woolworths. Follow policies and procedures to keep ourselves, each other, and our customers safe including looking out for and reporting hazards. Help customers by answering questions or directing them to products throughout their shopping journey. Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey. Shop online customers orders to ensure they receive what they need. Qualifications Genuine interest in food & shopping. A strong communicator who enjoys interacting with others.
