This role supports finance operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliations, and administration all contributing to GCPHN''s mission and strategic goals. Responsibilities include:Accounts PayableAccounts ReceivableGeneral AccountsMonitor the Accounts inboxBAS preparation and lodgementMaintain the asset registerPerform bank, general ledger, vendor and customer reconciliationsPrepare audit documentation and general journalPayroll SupportAssist the Payroll/Finance Officer as requiredProcurement SupportProvide support to the Procurement team for up to one day a weekAdministration & ComplianceSupport office administration tasksEnsure adherence to ISMS and ISO/IEC 27001 information security requirementsMaintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement activitiesSelection Criteria - Essential5+ years in an Accounts roleStrong data entry skills and experience in using accounting softwareIntermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel and OutlookProfessional communication skillsAdministration skills including attention to detail, the ability to use initiative to solve problems and the ability to multitaskPersonal effectiveness including excellent time management skillsBeing flexible and adaptable to achieve results in a changing environmentUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesSelection Criteria - DesirablePrevious payroll experience (particularly with Employment Hero) or an interest in learning payrollExperience with D365 Business Central accounting softwareDiversity and InclusionAt GCPHN, we value diversity and aim for a respectful, supportive environment.
