Join us and be a part of our mission to drive sustainability through technology and talent at Tata Consultancy Services, APAC todayJob details mentioned below.Technical Expertise in Playwright with C# Automation.Automation Framework Design experience for UI Automation and API Automation.Experience in implementing Automation Code Deployment through CI/CD Pipeline.Experience in Enterprise level Automation Framework Design.Able to Manage and Lead Automation team with proper functional and technical guidance.Along with the above lead capabilities all the attributes of Automation Tester is also applicable: Automation TesterResponsibilitiesIdentifies and defines comprehensive test cases, ensuring they align with business requirements and acceptance criteria.Designs and implements robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks utilizing best practices and guidelines provided by the Enterprise Quality and Test Excellence teamWorks closely with developers, Test engineers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Analyses test results, identifies defects, and reports them clearly, ensuring they are prioritized and resolved effectively.Continuously improves and optimizes test scripts for performance and maintainability.Keeps abreast of the latest trends and advancements in test automation and ToolsSupports the Test Manager in providing Automation Inputs for Test Strategy and Test PlanningProvides Project Test Automation status updates and demos to the Automation Test Lead.Skills & CapabilityObject-Oriented Programming (OOP) experience, preferably in C#.Proficiency in IDEs and understanding of compilation, build, and configuration: Visual Studio (preferred) , NetBeans, Eclipse, Atom, XcodePreferred automation tool knowledge: Playwright with C#, SpecFlow, RestSharp, NUnit or MSTest, SoapUI and Postman for API automationDatabase Knowledge: Strong SQL skills for data validation and complex query writing. Familiarity with SQL Management Studio.POM based UI and API Automation knowledge is mandatory.Ability to build an Automation Framework from scratch is Highly preferred but not mandatoryProficiency in Selenium-based frameworks, including expertise in locators. Page Object Model (POM)-based test automation. API automation using RestSharp or similar libraries.Advanced understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies: Experience with JIRA, including Epics, Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Familiarity with HP ALM, Zephyr or Xray for test management.Proficiency in build and release tools: Mandatory: Git (and tools like GitHub, SourceTree, etc.), Preferred: Azure DevOps.
