Monday to Friday flexible roster, with occasional weekend shifts available.Duties and responsibilities:This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.Assist the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient careProvide exceptional pre and post operative care to our patientsEnsure patient safety and communication with surgical team is always a key focusMonitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complicationsDeliver education and support to patients for the management of their recoverySupervise and support Enrolled Nurses on shiftAbout You:You have a genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare.
