This is a pivotal role within a growing business stream, offering significant autonomy, influence, and long-term progression as the division develops.The role will focus primarily on hospitality and hotel fit out projects, delivering high-quality schemes across the South East.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of projects from preconstruction through to handoverManage multiple fitout and refurbishment projects across the South East regionLead and oversee 3 Construction Managers, along with wider site management teamsCoordinate design development, procurement strategies, and construction programmingDrive commercial, programme, and quality performance across all projectsWork closely with preconstruction, commercial, and design teams to ensure seamless project deliveryAct as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersEnsure health & safety, compliance, and company standards are upheld at all timesSupport the development and growth of the new division, contributing to processes and best practiceRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager within fitout and refurbishment environmentsBackground delivering hospitality or hotel fitout projects is highly desirableStrong preconstruction experience, including design coordination and earlystage planningAbility to manage multiple site teams and senior site managementCommercially astute with strong programme management skillsComfortable working autonomously in a developing business unitWillingness to be sitebased 23 days per week, with remaining time in a Central London officeWhat''s on OfferKey role within a new and growing division of the businessHigh level of autonomy and the chance to shape how the division operatesClear career progression opportunities as the division expandsExposure to highquality hospitality fitout projectsSupportive senior leadership and longterm pipeline of workPlease apply with an up to date copy of your CV to [email protected] ask to speak to Lily O''Regan in our London Office- 020 7288 0166#J-18808-Ljbffr
