There really is no average day as an Emergency Communications Officer every day is different and rewarding in equal amounts. You could be helping someone in their worst moment, and they will rely on you for your composure and ability to guide them through the call. You will be well supported from your first day with us, with fully paid comprehensive training, before you then start talking real triple zero calls with your teammates, with team leaders on hand to support, guide and help whatever the circumstances.We have several roster options available depending on your preferred location.
