This is a highvolume phone and facetoface based role, where you will manage a portfolio of 350+ accounts. Your goal is to help tradies maximise their return on investment (ROI) through our platform, ensuring they get the most value from their subscriptions. Your role suits someone who enjoys working in a structured role, with a strong focus on meeting daily targets.Hitting Daily Targets (Activity and Revenue)Exceed 2.5 hours of talk time daily through inbound/outbound calls.Attend at least 8 facetoface business development client meetings per month.Hit revenue targets by upselling, renewing subscriptions, and handling debt collection.Managing AccountsManage a portfolio of 350+ tradie customers, typically small and medium business owners.Renew tradies'' subscription contracts before they expire.Identify opportunities to upgrade subscription packages to suit their business needs.Retain customers by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and providing tailored solutions.Debt CollectionNegotiate payment plans that benefit both the customer and the business.Offer winwin solutions that align with the customer''s financial situation while ensuring payment is collected.Building RelationshipsEngage with tradie customers facetoface and over the phone, learning about their businesses, understanding their pain points, and helping them succeed.Keep Salesforce updated with customer insights.Compliance and Quality AssuranceFollow scripts and regulations, ensuring highquality customer interactions.About YouYou thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy meeting challenges headon.Experience in facetoface (in person or online) client presentations and interactions.Have a natural talent for turning challenges into opportunitiestransforming a "NO" into a "YES" through strong sales and negotiation skills.Excel at building relationships over the phone, facetoface and through written communication, listening, understanding and responding effectively to customers'' needs.Adaptable and techsavvy, you''re comfortable learning new systems and processes as you go.Understand the importance of teamwork, collaboration and support.Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus.Flexibility and support to help you thrive in your role.Take a look inside our homeOffering an inspirational "home away from home", our commitment to being a Great Place to Work means you will feel comfortable being your authentic self and do your best work everyday.
