You''ll have genuine autonomy, direct access to the founders, and the ability to meaningfully shape the future of the clinic as we continue to grow.Job DescriptionAs a member of the Eyecare Project team, your tasks will include:Welcoming clients and patients, identifying their needs and booking appointmentsLead customer service that drives loyalty and wordofmouthRetail sales, ordering and collectionsOptical frame and sunglass styling and adjustmentsReceipt of inventory and periodic stocktakesManage stock levels, supplier relationships, and buying decisionsOversee online store operations, fulfilment, and logisticsKeep the clinic tidy, organised, and operating smoothlyWhy work with us?The support and development of our team is paramount.
