You will be supporting the international rollout of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinicalstage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.See Yourself at TelixThe Financial Reporting Analyst provides key financial accounting and planning, analysis and reconciliation capabilities across the Group Finance team. This role will have a particular focus on driving core monthend processes, from preparing and posting monthend journals (accruals, sharebased payment charge, payroll allocations), halfyearly small supplier payment time reporting, managing the APAC payroll (outsourced), expense reimbursement and credit card process (expense recognition, reconciliation and ongoing monitoring) and reconciling/analysing key balances to support the preparation of the group consolidation. In addition, this role will assist the Finance Director to business partner with global service cost centre leaders. This role will feed into key Finance processes such as the monthly management accounts. Other tasks will include involvement in the Groupwide share PSAR (option) administration processes from option issue to exercise and providing data necessary for the associated ASX announcements.Key AccomplishmentsMonth end journals and management accountsOwnership and maintenance of the groupwide sharebased payment charge model to prepare the share based payment charge journal each month.Assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts using Power BI, PowerPoint and Excel.Budgeting and planning supportSupport the preparation of groupwide annual budget by providing and reviewing cost centre owner data to facilitate the global services budget.Prepare the groupwide share based payment charge budget using the model supporting the actual charge with forwardlooking assumptions for future option issues.Assist with gathering data for rolling forecasts for key income statement items (revenue, employment costs etc).Summarise data from OneStream and PowerBI and provide key insights for Board presentations.APAC payroll, expense reimbursement and credit card processKey point of contact for information flow to outsourced payroll provider.Central credit card administration contact and SAP concur super user.Monthly review of central credit card and individual corporate cards to facilitate expense recognition and payment reconciliation.Monitoring of expense submissions to set monthly deadlines by individuals with corporate credit cards.Monthend balance sheet reconciliationsPreparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts.Preparation and review of groupwide intercompany matrix and matching of intercompany transactions to resolve differences when necessary.Groupwide PSAR (option) administrationKey contact for PSAR administration.Supporting the quarterly PSAR issue process by calculating volume weighted pricing, engagement with external valuers and determination of number of options to be issued, providing this data to Link Market Services and summarising for ASX announcements.Supporting exercise process from liaising with option holder, calculating shares to be issued and instructing Link around any applicable selltocover elements.Processing lapses in the group sharebased payment charge model and managing data for quarterly ASX announcements.Education And ExperienceYou will have the requisite graduate qualifications in Finance or Commerce with relevant professional accounting certification (CA).2+ years of experience in a listed environment or a second move from an audit division of an accounting firm (midtier or big four) would also be beneficial to this role.Working knowledge of financial accounting and IFRS concepts, combined with a good knowledge of how to use Excel to analyse data efficiently.An understanding of SAP B1, PowerBI, OneStream, general ledger and consolidation systems would also be beneficial.Key CapabilitiesInclusive mindset: Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation for diversity, and actively work to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.Creativity and innovation: Possess a willingness to think outside the box and come up with unique and creative solutions to challenges.Commitment to excellence: Take pride in your work and consistently strive for excellence in everything you do.Resultsoriented: Driven to achieve goals and objectives, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.Ethical behavior: Act with integrity and demonstrate a commitment to ethical behavior in all interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, able to adjust to changing priorities, and willing to take on new challenges.Strong communication skills: Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, using clear and concise language.Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, actively sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve common goals.Resilience: Demonstrate the ability to bounce back from setbacks and persevere in the face of challenges.Continuous learning: Show a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, continually seeking out opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.At Telix, we believe everyone counts, we strive to be extraordinary, and we pursue our goals with determination and integrity.
