This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive pay and benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on our fruit farm, including planting, harvesting, and packaging fruits.Key Responsibilities:Plant, maintain, and harvest fruits according to company standards and proceduresOperate and maintain farm equipment, such as tractors and harvestersSort and grade fruits for packaging and distributionPack and label fruits for shipmentMaintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow all safety protocols and regulationsCommunicate any issues or concerns to the farm supervisorAssist with other farm duties as neededRequirements:Previous experience working on a farm or in agriculture is preferredAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsPhysically fit and able to lift heavy objectsGood communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsWillingness to learn and take on new tasksFlexibility to work weekends and overtime when neededWhy Work for Us:At McAvoy & Sons, we value our employees and believe in providing a positive and supportive work environment.
