We''re seeking an Inbound Supervisor to take ownership of inbound operations and drive excellence in stock management, safety, and continuous improvement with our FMCG client in Hendra. This is a standalone position to start, with the exciting potential to grow into a leadership role managing a team. You''ll be working the early morning shift (5:30am 2:30pm) Monday to Friday in a modern facility in Hendra, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Warehouse Management. The Client: A National brand specialising in kitchen cabinets, homewares, door and cabinet handles and storage solutions. Located in Hendra and working in their state-of-the-art Warehouse. For you:Hendra locationPermanent roleFree onsite parkingMonday to Friday role5:30am 2:30pm shift$75k - $90k + super (dependent on experience)Paid training and certifications such as cert 4 in transport and logisticsCompany paid quarterly Bonus system$1500 signing bonus if you hold a current LO LicenseEarly start and finish beat the traffic!Opportunity to develop into a leadership roleWork in a supportive, safety-first environmentBe a key player in a business that values process, people, and progressThe Role: Inbound SupervisorYou will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and will work in a standalone position to start in the Inbound team.Key ResponsibilitiesOpening the dock doors at 5:30am ready for first client deliveries to go outAccurate and timely receipt of inbound POs, transfer orders, and returnsReport damages and discrepancies to relevant stakeholdersSupport regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracyLead by example in all warehouse operationsPromote a culture of continuous improvement, WHS compliance, and collaborationProvide input on process improvements and cost-effective solutionsAttend toolbox talks, WIP meetings, and report on hazards and incidentsHands-On Warehouse DutiesLoading/unloading 23 trucks daily & one container fortnightlyLO order picking up to 6 racks highHigh reach forklift operationOperating both High Reach forklift and LO Order Pickers to conduct picking, putaways and replenishment duties efficiently and accuratelyPicking products up to 1.5m in lengthWrapping, strapping & palletising stockTrolley picking and general warehouse maintenanceMatching and signing off delivery paperworkAbout You & QualificationsYou will have a passion to strive for success on a daily basis. You will lead by example, help coach, mentor and develop your team, celebrate successes and help others learn and grow from their mistakes.
