ResourceCo is seeking an experienced Environment Advisor to support environmental compliance across our Reuse & Recycling operations in Victoria.This handson role will see you managing environmental approvals, supporting safe reuse and recycling of earth materials, and construction and demolition materials, and ensuring compliance with EPA licence requirements. You''ll work closely with Operations, Sales and project teams to deliver practical, compliant and sustainable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with EPA licence conditions across multiple sitesSupport environmental approvals and licensing for new and existing operationsDevelop and maintain environmental management plans and monitoring programmesProvide technical advice on waste soil assessment, classification, treatment and reuseManage contaminated waste soil treatment projects and EPA approvalsConduct internal inspections, audits and support ISO 14001 accreditationAbout YouProven experience in an Environment Advisory roleRelevant tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Engineering or similarStrong knowledge of environmental legislation and contaminated land/soil reuseConfident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skillsWillingness to travel interstate as requiredWho We AreResourceCo is a leader in the recovery and remanufacturing of primary resources, with operations spanning across Australia and SouthEast Asia.
