You will help to plan, book and coordinate your customer''s next amazing travel experience, all built around multistop, complex travel itineraries. You will learn the ins and outs of all things airfares while delivering excellent service, and irresistible deals for every traveler. You''ll be curating bespoke airfares and land itineraries that customers cannot find online, with a dedicated complex, multistop and round the world enquiry stream no domestic bookings! But it''s not just airfares you''ll be the expert for your customer''s every need, including flights, accommodation, cruises tours, insurance and more! You will be working towards KPI''s and incentive targets, therefore building your customer relationships will be critical to your success in this role.What it takes to be a Round the World expertYou''re the goto person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks, with prior experience as a Travel Consultant.You seek out new ways to build on your success and think outside of the box for your customers to find the best travel solution for them.You have proven success in achieving your KPIs and sales targets.You understand the importance of organisation and managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work.You''re not only good at the people stuff, but at the behind the scenes stuff too.
