As our Workforce Planning and Insights Specialist, you will be the engine behind the "Simpler for Stores" initiative. You''ll ensure that the business understands the complexities and opportunities that can drive productivity and profitability in our 350+ sites with 12,000+ team members, which will in turn ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will be a strategic partner to our Operations teams, helping them navigate budgets, seasonal forecasting, dynamic trend changes and productivity improvements through actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesLabour Modeling: support with the build of bottomup labor budgets for 350+ sites using engineered labour standards.Insightful Reporting: create, present, and implement simplified, highimpact reporting to help Operations teams identify anomalies, trends, costs, and efficiency opportunities, and to link workforce mix and strategy.Forecasting: project workforce requirements for major seasonal events and longterm business cycles.Stakeholder Coaching: partner with and coach Brand Finance and Operations teams on workforce planning best practices.Productivity Optimization: use data to identify performance gaps and support initiatives that make store operations "simpler."Qualifications and Experience35 years in operational workforce planning (Retail or Hospitality experience is a huge plus).Advanced analytical and modeling skills.
