Clinical Nurse Consultant (Level 3) Maternity Leave Contract (6 months)Location: Myrtle Bank, SAEmployment Type: Fixed-term (Maternity Leave Cover)GraceWell Talent Solutions is proud to partner with our client, a leading aged care provider, in the search for a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Nurse Consultant (Level 3) to join their team on a 6-month maternity cover contract.About the RoleIn this position, you''ll work closely with the Residential Care Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents. This role will suit a confident leader with strong clinical capability and a passion for improving outcomes for older Australians.Key responsibilities include:Acting within the CNC Scope of Practice and consulting with the Residential Care Manager on matters outside this scope.Leading the day-to-day delivery of innovative, high-quality clinical and care services in line with organisational philosophy and policies.Providing direct and indirect clinical care to residents, ensuring physical, psychological, and social wellbeing.Maintaining residents'' rights, confidentiality, privacy, and promoting independence and choice.Supervising and mentoring Clinical Nurses, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and care staff to ensure high standards of care and professionalism.Completing assessments, documentation, care plans, and reviews in a timely and compliant manner.Contributing to a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care.Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing and unrestricted AHPRA registration.A deep understanding of aged care clinical practices and contemporary care models.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to adapt to varied processes and systems.Full COVID-19 (including booster) and 2025 Seasonal Influenza vaccinations.NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).Why Join Our Client?This is an opportunity to step into a respected leadership position and make a meaningful contribution to a high-performing aged care team.
