About the RoleAn established and reputable strata management business is seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join their team. This role suits a highly organised professional who enjoys working across compliance, administration and client coordination within the strata sector. The position is offered on a parttime basis, working 4 days per week, and is available for immediate commencement.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging communication with clients and external parties regarding compliance matters including fire safety, lifts, swimming pools, window locks, cooling towers and anchor points.Scheduling inspections and reinspections with residents and contractors.Coordinating quotes with Strata Managers and strata committees.Managing fire safety and other compliancerelated work orders.Preparing and lodging Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS).Maintaining compliance documentation and records.Assisting with agency agreement administration.Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.About YouPrevious experience in a compliancebased administrative role.Strata compliance experience (strongly preferred).
