Training Administrator dnataLocation: Melbourne Airport, VICJoin dnata, a leading ground handling business operating across all major airports in Australia, to support the Ramp training department.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and update data into the training database.Generate training reports.Prepare training materials and resources.Manage training room bookings and associated resources.Assist with training document control, review, archiving, and filing.Assist with travel arrangements to support training initiatives.Assist other ports with data entry, as required.Perform other duties as directed by the training manager.Essential CriteriaHigh level of computer literacy and sound knowledge of training management and Airlines LM Systems.Well-developed written and oral communication, and negotiation skills.Previous experience or knowledge of airline industry principles and procedures (desirable).Ramp experience with at least one Level 3 accreditation (willingness to achieve signoffs for these accreditations):Ramp EssentialsAircraft Cargo DoorsRamp TugMEL airport Aerobridge GPUdnata TowbarWing WalkerMaintain all licenses, accreditations and qualifications including MEL Airport ADA.Health & Safety ResponsibilitiesComply with dnata OHS Policy and related Group Policies.Comply with legislative OH & S requirements.Develop and maintain a positive safety culture focused on awareness and vigilance.Conduct work in accordance with dnata''s OH & S Management System and customer OH & S requirements.Follow all safety work procedures and adhere to all safety guidelines provided.Wear required personal protective clothing and equipment when applicable.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesAirlines and AviationWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing diversity and inclusion.
