You will provide expert technical guidance, support maintenance solutions, and drive aftermarket sales initiatives, making sure Eriez equipment delivers value well beyond the initial purchase.ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients to understand performance needs and propose tailored aftermarket solutions, review, negotiate and renew customer contracts.Establish and execute effective aftermarket sales strategies and programs by crossselling our products and services to provide aftersales service support.Mentor customers and internal teams on product maintenance, upgrades, parts, and service best practices.Build opportunity pipeline, quotes, costings and/or tenders using an ERP system and provide support to our Rep Agents, Resellers and Distributors.Lead technical presentations, demos, quoting, and issue resolution with professionalism and clarity.Build enduring relationships that fuel revenue, loyalty, and brand advocacy by visiting customer sites and reviewing spare parts.RequirementsJoin a company that values precision, innovation, and strong project leadership.
