Are you an experienced Commercial Site Manager able to deliver high quality luxury facilities? Our new Cotswold Hills site in Toowoomba is starting early 2026 and we''re looking for someone who''s ready to step into this exciting position from Day 1. You will be responsible for creating beautiful spaces that are the heart of our resorts and where the residents enjoy coming together to connect.QA Build is the powerhouse behind the construction of GemLife communities. Our expert teams deliver luxury clubhouse facilities, entry statements, sales offices & other resort facilities.As the Site Manager, you will take the lead coordinating a team of plant operators, labourers, and contractors to deliver exceptional commercial amenities on time and on budget. QA Build ensures quality and safety is not compromised on our projects. You will have your own dedicated Contracts Administrator to work alongside for the duration of the project.
