Melton Country Club (MCC), part of the Essendon Football Club has a rare opportunity for an experienced customer-oriented Bistro / Functions Supervisor to work flexible parttime hours to assist with our busy bistro and functions trade.Casual or part time position at 30 hours per weekSupportive and focused teamAttractive employee benefitsAbout The RoleReporting to our Duty Manager''s and playing a key role in the team, you will work across the Club supporting all aspects of our Bistro and Functions trade.Overseeing bistro and function wait staffRostering of appropriate staff for both bistro and functionsServicing of bistro and functionsOrdering of bistro suppliesLiaising with the Functions Manager to ensure client needs are metSetting and packing down of functionsEnsure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer concerns tactfully and professionally.Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staffOversee health code compliance and sanitation standardsAbout YouWith previous experience in a similar role, you exercise effective management skills, you are an excellent communicator, and most importantly, pride yourself on your ability to provide an exceptional level of service to our patrons.
