This role ensures maintenance and major equipment outages are fully prepared, resourced, and staged for smooth execution. You will coordinate parts, labour, and resources, clear backlogs, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships, without directly overseeing the work.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure labour, parts, and resources are prepared prior to equipment delivery and maintenance activitiesSupport planning for major component outages and shutdownsClear maintenance backlogs in line with schedulesCollaborate with Griffin Coal supervision, planning, and maintenance teamsProvide accurate shutdown scopes and participate in planning meetingsAnalyse maintenance reports and identify opportunities to reduce downtimeSource OEM technical information to support maintenance executionSupport condition monitoring programs, including oil sampling analysisBuild strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teamsActively promote a strong HS&E cultureEnsure safe systems of work are implemented and followedParticipate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and prestart meetingsIdentify hazards and unsafe acts, and promptly report incidentsAbout YouTrade qualified Mechanical professionalCurrent driver''s licenceStrong planning, coordination, and problemsolving skillsProven experience faultfinding on heavy mining equipmentExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesSelfmotivated with the ability to manage priorities independentlySound knowledge of WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022If this sounds like the role for you, apply now or email your resume directly to [email protected].#J-18808-Ljbffr
