You will join a multi-faceted company, with offices spanning several States.With a strategic growth phase underway, we''re looking to find a driven, high-performing professional to join the team.The RoleIn this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end financial and management reporting for a key business unit, while also supporting group-level statutory compliance including payroll tax, BAS and WorkCover. The position has a strong focus on cashflow forecasting, budgeting and financial governance, providing valuable insights to support decision-making and overall business performance.Duties will include:Take ownership of the P&L and Balance Sheet, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timeliness of all financial information.Perform detailed balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations, investigate and resolve discrepancies.Prepare and post month-end journals including prepayments, accruals and other adjustments. Support the month-end close process to ensure smooth and timely reporting cycles.Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting, preparing variance analyses and commentaryMaintain the fixed asset register, ensuring all acquisitions disposals and depreciation calculations are recorded accurately.Complete intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities, ensuring all transactions and balances are alignedPreparation and submission of monthly/quarterly statutory payments (GST, payroll tax).Assist with year-end and external audit processes.Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and scenario analysis.The CandidateYou will have proven experience in end-to-end financial management, reporting and compliance across multi-entity environments.CA/CPA Accounting QualificationAdvanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with a focus on financial modelling and data analysis.Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous approach to accuracy and quality assurance.Capable of managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and performing effectively under pressure.Enthusiastic and collaborative, with a commitment to contributing to a high-performing team environment.The PackageImmediate interview and start pending notice periodSalary package negotiable with experienceAn exceptional corporate ethos and very supportive workplace.Excellent employee benefits including an on-site gym, health and fitness program and regular social activities.Interested?If this role is of interest and you would like to see a full job brief, please send your up-to-date CV [email protected]#J-18808-Ljbffr
