OverviewDirector of Talent Solutions | Gallant Collective End User Computing Manager role based in the Eastern Suburbs. Lead the EUC team and ensure the seamless delivery of IT services across ANZ and the wider Asia Pacific region.About the RoleAs the EUC Manager, you''ll lead a team of EUC Support Specialists, managing the full lifecycle of end-user computing devices and applications across a diverse environment including offices, warehouses, and over 500 retail stores. You''ll oversee incident management and service delivery, drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, and provide handson leadership blending strategic vision with technical expertise. You''ll work with IT leadership, project managers, and global stakeholders to ensure systems, services, and hardware operate at peak efficiency and deliver high-quality support for a geographically dispersed workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesLead EUC support operations across Windows, macOS, iOS, handheld devices, and printers.Manage lifecycle of EUC hardware, applications, and licensing.Oversee incident and escalation management, ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimisation, and automation.Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with business goals.Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, patching, and risk mitigation frameworks.Support onboarding of new technologies and acquisitions into the EUC environment.About You5+ years'' experience in a senior IT management role, with proven leadership of a technical support team.Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS platforms, and corporate applications.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, BigFix, and O365 suite.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.Skilled in developing SOPs, documentation, and knowledge base resources.Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed environments, ideally across APAC.Strong process improvement mindset and passion for driving service excellence.What''s on OfferHigh-impact leadership role with scope to shape EUC strategy and service deliveryWork in a large-scale, complex environment with exciting growth and transformation projectsCollaborative and supportive team cultureLocationBased in eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with flexibility to support stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesInformation ServicesRetail#J-18808-Ljbffr
