OverviewDirector of Talent Solutions | Gallant Collective End User Computing Manager role based in the Eastern Suburbs. Lead the EUC team and ensure the seamless delivery of IT services across ANZ and the wider Asia Pacific region.About the RoleAs the EUC Manager, you''ll lead a team of EUC Support Specialists, managing the full lifecycle of end-user computing devices and applications across a diverse environment including offices, warehouses, and over 500 retail stores. You''ll oversee incident management and service delivery, drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, and provide handson leadership blending strategic vision with technical expertise.
