One with all the capabilities required to deliver work that gets attention and drives cultural connectionABOUT THE ROLEAs the Innocean and Wellcom Office & Facilities Manager, you will be the ''Go To'' and ''Front of house'' person for the whole office building. You will ensure our high performing team has everything they need in the office before they even know they need it. From ordering supplies and ensuring the meeting rooms are set up and looking good, to organising office events and onboarding/offboarding team members. You will be the first point of contact for everyone and everything building-related and be an integral part of the team ensuring the smooth and safe running of the office building day to day.ResponsibilitiesOffice & Facilities ManagementOversee the presentation and cleanliness of office spaces across the whole building at Francis StEnsure the kitchen, washroom and office supplies and consumables are stocked for employees and guests, placing orders as needed, within budget.Manage the waste removalist contractor and centralised bin areas of the building, internally and externally.Manage the financial administration for the above points.Coordinate deliveries and couriers.Manage and maintain building contractors such as cleaning, tradespeople, plants, etc., includingOrganise Innocean Wellcom Group team or social events as required.Manage the access card system and building security, including alarms and camerasVendor/supplier relationship management.Facilities management and maintenance, including tradespersons, pest control and appliance servicing.WHSManage Safe Work Practices and keep up to date on changes and practicesIt''s on you to ensure your work environment is safe, whether you''re WFH or in the officeFollow company policies and proceduresManage the Emergency Control Group the fire wardens and first aiders, the Emergency Evacuation Plan for the building, the evacuation floor plans ensuring meetings are taking place at regular intervals in accordance with NSW safety standards, note taking and keeping, ensuring emergency evacuation drills are taking place often enough for compliancy etc.Ensure Health & Safety meetings are taking place every 3 months minimum, chairing the monthly Building Management Meetings to achieve this.Maintaining the Fire Warden and First Aid safety framework, including ensuring WHS training is upComplete First Aid kit audits and book and maintain First Aid training.Ensure all safety incidents are logged.ABOUT YOUQualificationsNo qualifications needed, just an ability to demonstrate your experience in managing the efficient and smooth running of an office in the past.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years'' experience in an Office Manager type of role.Previous experience in organising events/functions/gifts.Strong sense of initiative, proactive and helpful in nature.Able to work with integrity and maintain confidentiality Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with management, colleagues, clients, suppliers and office visitors.Exceptional time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines without compromising on work quality.Flexibility to adapt and take on feedback.Strong skills with Microsoft 365 software (such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word).Flexible approach to work, demonstrating resilience and ability to rapidly adapt to change.There are a whole range of reasons you would consider working for us, check out some of the reasons below:Individual Professional development with regular appraisals, 360 feedback and training.#J-18808-Ljbffr
