In this role, you will help ensure goods and services are procured efficiently and costeffectively, delivering value for money across multiple departments. You will play a key part in sourcing, supplier evaluation, spend analysis and contract administration, contributing to strategic procurement decisions and helping the business operate at its best.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data analysis, problemsolving and stakeholder collaboration to drive tangible outcomes and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesSupport sourcing activities and lead when appropriate.Analyse spend data, supplier quotes and reports to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities.Conduct benchmarking and support strategic procurement decisions.Maintain supplier records, contracts and procurement documentation.Assist with contract administration, monitoring expiry dates, extensions and service level compliance.Support supplier onboarding and due diligence, including compliance with Modern Slavery, WHS, insurance and privacy standards.Contribute to supplier relationship management, including coordinating performance reviews against contract objectives.Coordinate purchase requisitions and purchase orders to ensure alignment with procurement policy and budget approvals.Work collaboratively with Finance, Operations and other departments to consolidate procurement requirements.Provide ad hoc procurement support and reporting as requested by the Finance/Procurement leadership team.About YouExperience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain roles (preferably in multisite environments).Experience with spend analysis and supplier evaluations.Exposure to tendering processes and procurement/ERP systems is desirable.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data analysis).Ability to interpret and compare supplier pricing and contract terms.Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills.Confident verbal and written communication across all stakeholder levels.Systemsavvy and quick to adapt to new tools.In return we offer youComplementary allaccess Goodlife Gym membership, plus one for a friend.Hybrid work model (60/40 office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and workfromhome responsibilities).Modern openplan office with onsite cafe and complimentary barista coffee (Brisbane).Anniversary leave days and additional complimentary memberships through FLG''s Recognition of Service Program.People Champion awards for living our values.Exclusive employee discounts with industryleading fitness, travel, fashion and retail brands through FLG''s partner discount program.Leading paid parental leave program.Employee Assistance Program.Our commitment to diversity & inclusionAt Fitness & Lifestyle Group we bring positive energy and attitude to work every day.
