You may also be considered for Marking or Lecturing positions within the organisation.About The RoleKey Responsibilities Include:Support, guide, and manage students in a naturopathic clinic setting.Incorporate personal professional experiences into subjects to make them relevant and relatable.Continuously assess students'' clinical performance and provide support to those at risk.Assist students in client treatment, including time management and maintaining confidentiality.Foster a student-centered learning environment through positive interaction.Stay updated on academic and industry developments in the relevant discipline.Provide input to enhance programs based on various feedback sources.Contribute to scholarly activities such as collaborations, conference presentations, publications, and marketing activities as required.Ensure adherence to college policies and procedures.Attend departmental meetings and training sessions as required.Fulfill other duties assigned by academic management.About YouRequirements:Bachelor''s degree in Naturopathy or equivalent.Experience in naturopathic practice, ideally a minimum of five years.Past teaching or clinic supervision experience is preferred but not necessary.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal abilities.Proven experience collaborating with various stakeholders, including students and professionals.Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships within and outside the College, including industry and the broader community.Demonstrated commitment to high ethical and professional standards in leadership and work.Relevant post-graduate qualifications are preferred.Why Work with UsWe Embrace Diversity As Part Of Our Need For a Culturally Competent And Confident Workforce.
