OverviewJoin to apply for the Supply Chain Supervisor role at dnata.Location: Brisbane, Australia. This is a full-time role within the dnata catering & retail team at the Brisbane Airport, focused on stock management, logistics coordination, and leadership of a Purchasing team.ResponsibilitiesCarry out daily station/operational area stock reviews and replenishments, ensuring correct internal distribution of inbound stock.Manage an offsite frozen goods storage (perishables) as part of our expanded facility.Report any damaged or de-listed stock items and advise airline/customs accordingly.Coordinate the frequency of stock deliveries to the Kitchen from Agility/Bulk Store, and the method/frequency of stock and equipment replenishment from Airlines.Maintain and retrieve correct documentation for customs audits and reports.Monitor date codes of applicable stock and report findings.Plan and forecast equipment orders and levels at kitchen and 3rd party logistics locations for holiday periods nationally and internationally.Assist with scheduled periodical airline audits and ensure action points are followed up and completed within agreed timeframes.Operate the company ERP system and ensure data entry is accurate.QualificationsCurrent forklift license.Proven knowledge of logistics management and production processes, and sound knowledge of the airline catering industry.Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Strong problem-solving skills and team management abilities.Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy, and work with a diverse group of stakeholders.Competent in documentation and records management.Clear National Police Check (to be obtained at the company''s cost) due to working in the Aviation Services industry.Benefits (examples)Competitive salary.5 weeks annual leave.Free onsite parking, daily staff meals, and uniforms.Career development and progression.Be part of a close-knit, dedicated team committed to excellence.Access to Employee Benefits Scheme including discounts at retailers, discounted health insurance, novated lease option, and wellbeing resources.About UsWe are Australia''s largest and most admired inflight catering and retail partner, specialising in inflight catering, food manufacturing, and airport lounge management.
