Drawing on over three decades of experience as a market leader in Canada, Dragonfly is a new subsidiary that is hitting the ground running.Positions RequiredOperations SupervisorYou''ll help build strong operational foundations at our Melbourne depot, support efficient route and loadout processes, and ensure safe, effective daily operations. Strong communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills will drive success in this role.Operations SupportIn this handson role, you''ll work closely with drivers, internal teams, and leadership to support daily workflow, keep parcel movement on track, and help ensure smooth operations from loadin to dispatch.Package SorterSorters play a key role in maintaining fast, accurate package flow.
