The love and dedication of those original parents and teachers remains at the heart of all we do.With 16 shared accommodation homes across Greater Sydney and the Illawarra and growing, our mission is to provide highquality care and improve the quality of life for our clients.About the roleOur Team Leaders work within a hybrid model, combining frontline client support with leadership responsibilities. Typically, they work a shift work roster, spending time alongside our Active Support Workers (ASWs), with two dedicated shifts per week allocated to team leader duties.In this role, the Team Leader works closely with a dedicated Client Care Manager and Client Care Coordinator to lead a small, homebased team of ASWs, delivering personcentred support that empowers clients in their daily lives.Strong communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, such as families, guardians, and other service providers, is essential.
