Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we''re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.What You''ll DoOwn and run end-to-end People Operations across a globally distributed team, ensuring our people processes, policies, and systems scale smoothly as Heidi growsManage core People Ops functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and people data accuracy across multiple regionsOwn and continuously improve our People systems and tools (e.g. HRIS, people platforms), ensuring efficient workflows, clean data, and a seamless employee experienceSupport global employment models, including EOR arrangements, partnering closely with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance across regionsCollaborate cross-functionally with teams such as IT, People Tech, Finance, and Legal to deliver smooth employee experiences, system integrations, and operational improvementsAct as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing clear, empathetic guidance on people-related processes, policies, and systemsWork autonomously to manage multiple priorities at once, bringing structure, follow-through, and sound judgement in a fast-paced startup environmentProactively identify opportunities to improve how we work, helping build strong People foundations that support performance, wellbeing, and long-term growthWhat We''re Looking For3+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally within a high-growth tech scale-up operating across ANZ and global marketsProven experience managing global people operations, including exposure to different employment models, regions, and compliance requirementsA senior individual contributor who is comfortable owning work end-to-end, operating independently, and driving outcomes without close supervisionHandson experience working with HR systems, people data, and process improvement in a scaling environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalismA proactive, solutionsfocused mindset you anticipate challenges, take initiative, and continuously look for better ways to support the businessClear, thoughtful communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and seniority levelsWhat do we believe in?Heidi builds for the future of healthcare, not just the next quarter, and our goals are ambitious because the world''s health demands it.
