All you''ll need is your unrivaled sales drive, to be the most successful seller and earner amongst your peers.You will also:Report directly to the Managing Director - no barriers to your workWork closely with our admin, technical and operations teamsBe pro-actively sourcing new leads and servicing existing clientsParticipate in ongoing training and developmentCOMPENSATION:This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance.Monthly income potential for full-time work is $8K - $12K+If you''re average you will earn 100K per year.If you''re a superstar you will earn 150K+ per year.TASKS YOU''LL BE PERFORMING:Developing, delivering and achieving quarterly sales targetsProactively conducting cold outreach to prospective clientsMapping new markets to capture market shareWorking with existing clients to extract new sale opportunitiesBuilding quotes and proposalsAttending industry networking eventsEstablishing relationships with prospective referral partnersContinuous self-development in industry trends and product educationMeeting with key accounts and suppliers to maintain relationshipsAccurately managing data in CRMGenerating monthly reports to discuss performance with the Director & Marketing TeamREQUIRED SKILLSCreativity - market mapping to expand prospects and reach.Ownership of your section - initiative to plan, work and solve problems independently.Sales Maturity - inherent ability to move from hunter to the farmer when appropriate.Solutions Sales Ability - ability to understand the client problem and provide a solution persuasively.
