As a Lecturer (Level B) with teaching and research responsibilities, you''ll deliver high-quality, student-centred learning while developing a program of scholarship and research that advances nursing education and practice. You''ll contribute to course and program coordination, strengthen industry connections that enhance employability and work-integrated learning, and help build the School''s standing through impactful teaching and research.Within this role you will:Contribute to the advancement of knowledge through a balanced research portfolio of high-quality outputs that demonstrate impact.Deliver engaging, student-centred teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, fostering active participation and outstanding learning experiences.Lead elements of course and program coordination and contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement aligned with contemporary practice.Advance a portfolio of scholarly and research outputs with potential for impact on teaching and practice in the wider community.Support high-quality supervision and experiences for higher degree research (HDR) candidates (if eligible).Build positive, respectful relationships with students and colleagues; collaborate with external partners to expand work-integrated learning opportunities and support graduate employability.Salary and BenefitsThe full time equivalent base salary will be Academic Level B range $113,226 - $134,460 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $132,474 - $157,318 per annum.QualificationsWhat matters most is your drive to create a brighter future that benefits all.
