This role helps maintain clean accounts receivables and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.Duties / ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely data entry of payment receipts in the accounting systemDaily checking on vehicle sales paymentAccounts receivables endtoend process including following up on overdue accounts, attending to dealer''s queries, and maintaining a clean accounts receivables ledgerPerform credit control including credit limit review in compliance with company policiesProcess fixed asset capitalisation and disposal in accordance with the Accounting Standard, and ensure proper data maintenance in the accounting systemEnsure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and internal controlsPrepare documentation and provide assistance during audits and compliance reviewsAssist in financial and statutory reportingManage finance mailbox; address and respond to enquiries/queries, providing financial documents as neededCollaborate with other departments to resolve financial queries and support business objectivesSupport the company cars auction processSkills and ExperienceA degree in Accounting, or a related fieldExperience in credit control is desirableAt least 2 years of experience in a similar roleStrong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detailProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExcellent organisational and timemanagement skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environmentPlease note that shortlisted candidates will be contacted in mid January 2026.Become a vital part of a dynamic team representing one of ANZ''s fastestgrowing automotive brands!
