At Everyday Independence, you''ll find job stability, structured mentoring and supervision, continuous learning and professional development, career pathways and a values-driven culture.About The RoleWe are looking for Youth Lead Practitioners to support adolescents and young adults aged 925 as they navigate life with a disability, from adolescence through to early adulthood.As a Youth Lead Practitioner at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same.Lead the interdisciplinary youth team that plans a young person''s NDIS funded therapy package, acting as the main contact for adolescent and young adult participants and their familiesUtilise assessment and intervention skills to support youth participants to achieve their educational, personal, social, and working life goalsWork within the social model which means you''ll have worked and delivered therapy in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces and community centresHold meaningful, future-focused conversations with participants and their supportsEmpower participants and their families to develop habits and routinesBuild meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)Document and bill for each session through our online participant management systemAttend the weekly team meeting in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughsCollaborate with your Team Leader and Therapy Mentor to tap into their clinical knowledge and/or supportWho We Are Looking ForAt Everyday Independence, our team thrives on shared values and a collaborative spirit.
