Plantmark''s operations include one large-scale production nursery and seven Wholesale Trade Markets with sales and distribution in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Sales Manager of the Quotes & Orders Team, the role involves face paced customer and supplier liaison, creating quotes and orders to specifications along with coordinating stock dispatch and delivery with our Dispatch team. The position is full time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster. Plantmark offers a four-week induction and training program, with facetoface learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.Essential AttributesExperience in sales and customer service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident computer ability at intermediate standards.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Enjoy working in a fast paced sales and customer service domain.Able to coordinate multiple tasks and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.Interest in plants or knowledge/qualifications in horticulture.Applicants must also be capable of performing occasional heavy lifting tasks and be able to coordinate plants outdoors in all weather conditions.Why join our team?Plantmark employees enjoy access to a range of benefits including aboveAward remuneration and bonus programs, industry training, career development opportunities and a supportive, friendly work environment.
