We''re seeking a dynamic Alliance Business Development Manager to lead strategic engagement with key ISVs and their channel partnersdriving joint pipeline creation, coselling motions, and longterm business growth across our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, energised by building winwin alliances, and confident navigating complex technology landscapes.What You''ll DoOwn and develop strategic ISV alliance relationshipscreating joint gotomarket plans, accelerating solution adoption, and expanding market presence across priority verticals.Drive partnerled revenue growth by building multiyear business plans, defining mutual KPIs, and executing integrated sales, marketing, and enablement programs.Manage channel partner ecosystems, strengthening cosell execution, developing scalable motions, and ensuring partner readiness to grow mutual business.Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to build repeatable partner programs and deliver bestinclass customer outcomes.Act as the voice of the partnerinfluencing internal stakeholders, shaping strategy, and ensuring our joint value proposition resonates in the market.Track, measure, and report on partner performance, ensuring clarity, accountability, and predictable growth across the alliance portfolio.What You BringEducation & ExperienceBachelor''s degree in Marketing or Finance; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.612 years of professional experience, ideally blending Marketing, Sales, and Business Planning responsibilities.Strong background in Alliance Management, with experience in Enterprise ecosystems; Enduser account management experience is a plus.Knowledge & SkillsDeep understanding of the IT industry and ecosystembased selling.Multidimensional business planning capability with the ability to build, model, and manage complex, highimpact plans.Strong financial planning and modelling skillscomfortable navigating highcomplexity reporting environments.Exceptional communication and executivelevel stakeholder engagement skills, both internally and externally.Solid understanding of promotional marketing processes and partner activation best practices.Strong negotiation ability with a talent for framing compelling value propositions.Proven leadership with the ability to drive crossfunctional alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other key functions.Why Join Us?This is a highvisibility, highimpact role where you will shape the future of our partner ecosystem.
