Join to apply for the Graduate Civil Engineer role at GHD.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Job DescriptionPerform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities, such as roads, railroads, airports, bridges, harbors, channels, dams, irrigation projects, pipelines, power plants, and water and sewage systems.ResponsibilitiesEngineering Inspections: Carry out inspections under the supervision of senior colleagues to evaluate the quality of engineering works and the integrity of existing installations or structures, and make recommendations on remedial works.Process Design Engineering: Support the analysis of information and specification of methods and process steps, and the plant, machinery, and equipment required to design and improve manufacturing or material processes.Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use changemanagement programs to address them.Contract Management: Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers, acting as primary point of contact while working within a contractmanagement plan.Product and Solution Development: Carry out product development and engineering activities;
