With a well-established portfolio and an upcoming launch, this position offers a blend of account management, growth, and strategic territory development within a supportive team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement promotional strategy across General Practice and Pharmacy customersBuild and maintain trusted relationships with key primary care stakeholdersPlan and execute effective call cycles aligned to territory objectivesDevelop deep product and clinical understanding to deliver meaningful customer interactionsMonitor territory performance and identify opportunities to drive growthManage promotional activity in line with compliance and budget guidelinesPartner with internal teams to ensure consistent and aligned executionSkills & ExperienceProven in-field Australian sales experience (pharma or healthcare preferred)Demonstrated success in an Australian field-based sales role, highly regardedExperience engaging healthcare professionals, highly regardedStrong commercial awareness and territory planning capabilityAbility to communicate scientific and clinical concepts with confidenceExcellent interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.Mongo credentials?NB: Australian working rights required.
