Base pay range A$33.90/hr A$33.90/hr Direct message the job poster from Serco About Us ADF Health Services provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. As part of this contract, Serco, in partnership with Bupa, provide defenceready clinical and support staff across 50+ onbase locations nationally, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality onsite medical care. About the Role You will be responsible for providing chairside assistance to the Dentist/Dental Specialist/Hygienist in the delivery of dental services to patients. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as entering/updating patient records as well as other duties as required by the Dentist including promotion of oral health to patients and maintaining optimal hygiene of the surgery. This is a Fixed Term Full Time position working Monday to Friday until 18th December 2026. Qualifications & Requirements Highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour Certificate III in Dental Assisting or nationally recognised equivalent qualification Minimum of 2 years (full time equivalent) experience within the last 5 years Recent participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of safe, efficient and highquality care to patients within a dental surgery About Albatross Health Centre The Albatross Health Centre is located at Nowra on the South Coast of NSW, approximately 2.5 hours from Sydney CBD. HMAS Albatross is the largest operational naval establishment in Australia and the Navys only air station. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, dental, mental health, physiotherapy, nursing and pharmaceutical services to up to 1500 ADF members. Standard hours of operation are generally 07301530 MondayFriday, with medical officers oncall for aviation retrieval.
