As the Coordinator, you will design and implement programs that encourage participation in everyday life, rebuild confidence, and enhance social inclusion - all while providing essential respite for carers. Youll lead the planning and delivery of group activities with the support of Volunteers and Peer Mentors, ensuring all services are delivered in a way that upholds human dignity and promotes social justice and equity.
