Apply now Job no: 529140Work type: Maximum Term Part TimeLocation: MorwellCategories: Aged & Carer Services Based in MorwellIncrease fortnight take-home pay with access to salary packaging benefits Your new role In this role you will support individuals engaged in the HACC PYP (Home and Community Care Program for Younger People) and Support for Carers Program by coordinating meaningful and flexible group-based activities that foster connection, emotional wellbeing, and independence. As the Coordinator, you will design and implement programs that encourage participation in everyday life, rebuild confidence, and enhance social inclusion - all while providing essential respite for carers. Youll lead the planning and delivery of group activities with the support of Volunteers and Peer Mentors, ensuring all services are delivered in a way that upholds human dignity and promotes social justice and equity.
