Alongside Hudson House, Yallambee Lodge provides a comprehensive range of care services, including specialised palliative care, supporting residents with complex personal and medical needs. Are you an experienced and passionate cook who is reliable and able to work independently? Respect Aged Care is looking for a committed PartTime Food Services Cook for Hudson House to create a homely dining experience for our residents. This weekend role involves workingSaturday and Sunday from 9:30am to 5:30pm (15 hours per week), with opportunities for additional hours during the week. Join our supportive hospitality team and play an important role in the lives of those in our care. No two days are the same! As Food Service Cook you will: Prepare and serve high-quality meals and beverages that meet residents dietary and nutritional needs. Collaborate with residents, dietitians, Registered Nurses, and management on menu planning. Monitor stock levels and order supplies in line with menu plans and budget requirements. Maintain food safety standards through effective implementation of the Food Safety Program (FSP). Ensure a clean, safe, and wellorganised kitchen while managing workload independently and assisting with other relevant duties as required. About You Youll thrive with us if you have: Trade Cook Certificate (or equivalent), including Food Handling and current Food Safety Supervisor certification. Proven hospitality experience, including aged care cooking. Leadership experience in a kitchen or food services environment, with Food Services Supervisor accreditation. Intermediate computer skills and the ability to meet Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements. Current National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
