You will be a commercially minded Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day on site operations of a sub-regional shopping centre while also leading your team to manage a portfolio of three iconic F&B-driven assets. You''ll be the central hub for collaboration; driving all components of our asset management teams including leasing, marketing, facilities and finance, together with the owner, retailers and community stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear pathway for impact, including future development pipelines and influencing the delivery of high-profile food & beverage destinations across the CBD and the South West. What You''ll Do: Lead, coach and build a high-performing team Drive financial performance and asset value Embed risk and facilities excellence across operations Plan strategically and execute with discipline Champion stakeholder engagement and community connections Elevate marketing and promotions The ideal candidate will possess over ten years of experience in Retail Property Management, showcasing strategic and proficient management of a busy precinct that includes both retail and hospitality venues. You will have proven success in managing and adding value to retail centres and a demonstrated ability in uplifting NOI through leasing collaboration, operational excellence and strategic initiatives. You will have a strong grasp of budgeting, accounting basics and reporting and be a systematic thinker with excellent attention to detail. A proactive and commercial mindset, self motivated with a "can-do" attitude, and a strong commitment to achieving the best results for all stakeholders are crucial. This role requires close collaboration with the senior leadership team and all key stakeholders involved with the asset, making your ability to communicate effectively and foster positive, productive relationships essential.
